1. Service Description
BoltTx ("the Service") provides a transaction relay API for the Solana blockchain. We accept signed transactions from authenticated users and deliver them to the Solana network for processing. We do not custody funds, hold private keys, or modify transaction contents.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to send transactions that violate applicable laws, facilitate fraud, or intentionally disrupt the Solana network. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
3. Tip Payments
Each transaction submitted through the Service must include a SOL transfer to a designated BoltTx tip address. The minimum tip amount varies by plan. Transactions without a valid tip instruction will be rejected. Tips are non-refundable regardless of transaction outcome.
4. No Guarantees
While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee that every transaction will be confirmed on-chain. Transaction success depends on network conditions, transaction validity, and sufficient fees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Rate Limits
Each plan has a maximum transactions-per-second (TPS) limit. Exceeding your plan's limit will result in requests being rejected with a 429 status code. Persistent abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
BoltTx operates purely as a transaction relay layer — we do not custody funds, hold private keys, sign transactions, or modify contents. The economic outcome of any transaction (whether it lands, profits, slippage, MEV exposure, etc.) is determined entirely by your own trading logic, Solana network conditions, and on-chain contracts. BoltTx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed transactions, missed opportunities, lost profits, or MEV-related losses. You acknowledge and accept that the risks of cryptocurrency transactions are borne entirely by you.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account data: email address, name (if provided), wallet address (if connected)
- API usage data: request timestamps, endpoints called, response codes, latency metrics
- Transaction metadata: transaction signatures, submission timestamps, confirmation status
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not store, inspect, or log the contents of your transactions. We do not have access to your private keys. Transaction payloads are processed in memory and discarded after delivery.
3. How We Use Data
Usage data is used to operate the Service, enforce rate limits, detect abuse, provide analytics dashboards, and improve performance. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. API usage logs and transaction metadata (signatures only, not contents) are retained for a reasonable period for operations, billing, abuse prevention, and analytics. All transaction signatures are public data on the Solana blockchain — whether we store them or not, every transaction you submit through this Service is permanently queryable via block explorers like Solscan. 5. Security
All API communications are encrypted via TLS. API keys are stored using industry-standard hashing. We follow security best practices and conduct regular audits of our infrastructure.
